Mr. Stewart completed his law degree at Queens University in 1992, completed his articles at a large Vancouver law firm, and has been practicing in Victoria since his admission to the bar in 1993.  Mr. Stewart joined our firm in 2008.  He is a skilled negotiator, with a wide range of experience in trying cases in both the Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of British Columbia, as well as settling cases outside of court.  Mr. Stewart is a past member of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia and has served as a board member for Capital Families Association.

Mr. Stewart currently practices in Family law, Personal Injury and Civil Litigation.  He has many years experience working in Family Law, and works exceptionally well with assisting in difficult family situations.  Mr. Stewart has also dealt extensively with ICBC to secure compensation for his clients. With respect to personal injury matters, Mr. Stewart’s primary goal is his clients’ recovery. When you have been injured in a collision, he can provide immediate, confidential advice on how to protect your rights, safeguard your future, and receive the settlement you deserve.

In his spare time, Mr. Stewart enjoys reading, sports, and spending time with his wife and children.  Mr. Stewart is also tough to beat in any trivia based game.
