Property Tax Appeals

Your property taxes are based on the value of your property as determined by the British Columbia Assessment Authority. Sometimes the value is not correct. If it can be reduced, then your taxes will also be reduced.

The valuations of residential homes are usually reasonably accurate. Commercial property, on the other hand, is prone to valuation variation. If you're concerned that your property is unfairly valued, we can assist you with an appeal process.
